Quality Control and Sorting
We provide visual inspection, sorting and grading of industrial components, both at our own facilities and directly at your site.
Packaging Services
Manual and machine packaging using a range of technologies — from shrink film to cardboard boxes. Capacity of up to 40,000 units per shift.
Product Assembly
Assembly and finishing of products to your specifications. We work from your technical documentation and every order is released with a final quality inspection.
Cosmetics Filling and Packaging
We fill, label and pack cosmetic products from 2 ml to 150 ml. Capacity of up to 60,000 units per week.
Logistics
Our own transport within a 100 km radius and 600 m² of storage space. Logistics is provided as part of a complete order.
About DvS Group
Who we are
DvS Group brings together the DvS sheltered workshop and DvS & Services. Since 2015 we have provided production services to companies across a range of industrial sectors from our facilities in Holíč and Gbely.
What we do
We specialise in quality control and sorting, packaging services, product assembly, cosmetics filling and packaging, and logistics. Every order is carried out to the customer's specifications, with a focus on quality and deadlines.
How we work
We have our own machinery, storage space and vehicle fleet. We carry out our services both at our own facilities and directly at the customer's site — flexibly, reliably and on favourable terms.
