Our services

We provide precise filling of cosmetic products into a wide range of packaging types and formats. We use automated filling technologies, including peristaltic and vacuum filling, selected according to the properties of the product and the volume required.

The process includes visual inspection of every unit, followed by labelling, marking, kitting or final packaging to the customer’s requirements. Where needed, we can also supply the packaging and ancillary materials.

Cosmetics filling and packaging

We fill creams, serums, gels, oils, emulsions and other cosmetic products into a range of packaging types. We handle both smaller batches and high-volume orders.

Perfume filling

We specialise in filling perfumes, from sample sizes and 10–15 ml travel formats through to standard flacons. The average capacity of our automated line is 16,000 units per day, depending on the pack format.

Sachet and sample filling

Precise dosing of liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products in small volumes, ideal for product samples, trial packs and promotional campaigns.

Labelling and marking

Machine and manual labelling with the option of printing batch numbers and expiry dates. Every unit correctly marked.

Tailored Packaging

We provide final packaging of cosmetic products to the customer’s specifications — from simple repacking through to complex kitting. We handle box folding, insertion of accessories, and premium packaging into cases and gift sets. For customers looking for a complete solution, we cover the entire process from filling through to final packaging ready for dispatch. The customer supplies the materials and products — we take care of the rest, including final quality inspection.

Marking and Labelling

We provide machine labelling for a range of packaging types, with an emphasis on precise label placement and a consistent visual appearance across every unit. In addition to labelling, we offer direct inkjet coding — batch numbers, expiry dates and production codes applied straight onto the packaging.

We set up each partnership according to the customer’s needs. Whether you need to cover the entire process from filling through to dispatch, or only part of it, we adapt to your requirements. We offer three standard options:

Option 1 - From filling to packaging

We collect the material, fill, mark and pack it ready for dispatch.

Option 2 - Turnkey filling and packaging

The customer supplies only the product; we take care of everything else, including packaging materials.

Option 3 - Labelling and packaging

The customer supplies filled products; we handle marking and final packaging.

Capacity and Flexibility

We handle orders of all sizes. The minimum order volume is 2,000 units, with no upper limit. Total capacity of our cosmetics facility reaches up to 60,000 units per week. Where required, we can increase capacity at short notice and accommodate tighter delivery deadlines. We prefer long-term partnerships, but we are open to one-off orders as well.
