Our story
DvS Group is a family story — one that grew step by step from a small sheltered workshop into a group of family-linked companies providing comprehensive services for industry.
Our journey began in 2015 with the founding of a small sheltered workshop with three employees in Skalica. Today we run two facilities — in Holíč and Gbely — and employ more than 50 people.
DvS Group brings together family-linked companies built on honest work, trust and long-standing experience. Together we provide services to customers in the automotive, engineering, cosmetics and other industrial sectors, where quality, reliability and flexibility come first.

Our sheltered workshop was founded with a clear purpose — to create job opportunities for people with disabilities, who often have limited prospects on the conventional labour market. For many of them, stable employment is not only a source of income, but also a chance to develop their skills, gain new experience and be part of a team.
Our commitment to quality is confirmed by the implementation of an ISO 9001 quality management system and an ISO 14001 environmental management system, which form the basis for the continuous improvement of our processes and services.

We currently provide the following services to manufacturing companies:
We have our own machinery, storage space and vehicle fleet. We carry out our services both at our own facilities and directly at the customer’s site.
As a certified sheltered workshop, we can offer our customers 100% substitute performance — a financial benefit under Slovak law that conventional manufacturing companies cannot provide. (Applies to customers subject to the Slovak mandatory employment quota for people with disabilities.)
