Packaging Types and Materials

Every product has different packaging requirements. We work with a range of packaging materials and formats to protect your product during handling, transport and storage. Packaging is carried out according to the packing specification, work instructions or the customer’s technical documentation. Where needed, we discuss the appropriate packaging method in advance and adapt it to your technical, logistical and commercial requirements.

Manual Packaging

Not every order calls for machine processing. Our trained team handles manual packaging with an emphasis on precision and care for every single piece. We work with formed plastic packaging, seal plastic bags on semi-automatic heat sealers, and handle both single-unit and multi-unit packaging including gift and final consumer packaging. We use manual packaging primarily for products with complex shapes, smaller batches, or wherever the customer requires an individual approach.

Packaging Technology and Equipment

We have our own machinery, allowing us to process even high-volume orders efficiently and to the required quality. Our machines are regularly maintained and calibrated so that the output meets our customers’ standards.

  • A3-format shrink wrapping machine – capacity up to 5,000 units per shift

Capacity and Flexibility

Our packaging capacity reaches up to 40,000 units per shift. In the event of seasonal peaks or short-notice orders, we can increase capacity at short notice by adding a shift and deploying up to 25 staff. We respond flexibly to customer requirements and can accommodate tight delivery deadlines. We prefer long-term partnerships, but handle orders of all volumes, typically from 2,000 units upwards with no upper limit.
