What Does Our Assembly Cover?

We cover a broad range of assembly and kitting work tailored to the needs of your production process. We assemble products from individual components into their final form, insert leaflets and manuals, and handle gluing, labelling and product marking. Our work also includes folding boxes and storage containers, placing finished products into packaging, and kitting with exact piece counts to your specifications.

Practical Examples

Our assembly experience spans a range of sectors and product types. For Würth we assembled tool cases, and we have handled the assembly of thermostatic valve heads as well as bearing kitting. Each of these projects had its own specific requirements — and it is precisely our ability to adapt to them that our customers value most.

Every completed order undergoes a final quality inspection before it leaves our facility. For us, inspection is not a formality — it is a standard part of every process, protecting both you and your end customer. We make sure the output meets your requirements in every detail, whether that is piece count, correct labelling or product condition.

Capacity and Flexibility

Assembly capacity depends on the nature of each individual order — its complexity, the number of operations involved and the required deadline. For this reason we cannot state a blanket figure in advance; we always set it individually following consultation with the customer. We handle orders of all sizes, from smaller batches through to high-volume orders. Where required, we can increase capacity at short notice and accommodate tighter delivery deadlines. We prefer long-term partnerships, but we are open to one-off orders as well.
