Visual inspection
Identification of surface defects, incorrect processing, missing elements and deviations from the standard. Every piece undergoes thorough inspection before further processing or dispatch.
Weighing
Verification of component weight and exact piece counts per pack. An efficient method particularly for high-volume orders where manual counting is impractical.
Gauge inspection
Precise measurement of dimensional parameters using calibrated gauges – essential for components with tight tolerance requirements.
Calibration and measurement
Verification that components conform to the customer’s technical specifications, validated on calibrated equipment with documented output.
Sorting and Grading of Components
We carry out sorting and grading of components for customers in automotive, engineering and other industrial sectors. We work with a wide range of parts and components — from small items through to larger industrial assemblies. Sorting is carried out according to criteria precisely defined by the customer, with every non-conforming part identified, separated and recorded in a report. Our staff are trained to recognise even subtle deviations from the standard — dimensional, surface and functional. The result of every sorting job is a clean, fully graded batch of components ready for further processing or dispatch, together with documentation of the inspection process and its results. Sorting capacity in the automotive segment reaches up to 100,000 units per week.
Inspection at Your Site
We can carry out quality control and sorting not only at our own facilities in Holíč and Gbely, but also directly on the customer’s premises. Flexible team deployment allows us to respond to immediate operational needs without the need to transport material. We work to the customer’s internal standards and procedures, adapting to their production environment and schedule. This model is particularly valued by customers dealing with sudden quality issues, those needing immediate inspection before dispatch, or those looking to place an inspection team long-term within their production.
Capacity and Flexibility
Our quality control and sorting capacity is one of DvS Group’s greatest strengths. In the automotive segment we reach up to 100,000 units per week, and where required we can increase capacity at short notice by adding a shift or expanding the team. We handle orders of all sizes — from one-off inspections through to long-term inspection processes integrated into the customer’s production cycle. We prefer long-term partnerships, but we are equally prepared to respond to urgent and short-notice orders. The quality of our processes is confirmed by ISO 9001 certification.
